Q: How do I download,  install and run the program?
A: There are two steps to installing the software on your computer: 1) downloading, and 2) installing. If you have already downloaded, you start the installation procedure by double clicking on the download file (if it's on your desktop), or by pressing the Windows Start button, picking the Run menu item, and typing in the name of the folder and download file (press Browse if you forget the file name and the folder where you placed it). The installation process will install the software onto your computer and will create an entry in the Windows Start Programs list.

There are three steps to installing and running any of our software products
or trial versions on your computer:

1) Download.  Downloading transfers the software from our web site (or an online store) to your computer.  The process is slightly different for purchases vs trial versions and varies slightly from store to store, but the end result is the same:  you will have a "download file" saved to a location on your computer.  The most important step in the download process is choosing a location where the download file will be placed.  You will be prompted to save the file and will need to choose a location.  We recommend that you save the file to your Windows desktop, but you can put it in any
folder on your computer if you wish.  When the download process is complete (it can take a long time for larger files) you should see a new icon on your desktop (or in the folder where you saved the download file).  This icon is
the "download file".  The download file is your copy of the software -- treat it like you would treat a software CD and store it to a safe place. If you have a Zip drive, Jaz drive, CD-R drive, or other large capacity storage method, you should copy the download file to a diskette or CD-R in case you need to re-install the software at some future time.

2) Install.  You start the installation procedure by double clicking on the download file.  If you can't find the download file, you might need to repeat step 1 (and remember where you put the file when it asks for a save
location).  The installation process will start by extracting some files to a temporary location and will then automatically run the "setup program". Follow the directions on the screen as the setup program runs and make sure
the setup is completed without displaying any errors.  Once the setup program has completed, your software is properly installed to your computer. You no longer need the download file on your computer (but you should make
sure you have a copy of it in case you need to re-install in the future).

3) To run the software just press the Windows Start button and pick Programs.  You'll see an entry for the program file or look under 21st Century Publishing or the name of the program you installed under the start menu.  Click on the menu item for the software and it will start running.  If you would rather have an icon on your desktop to run the software, don't just click the menu item.  Instead click and hold the mouse button down and drag it to your Windows desktop.  This will put a new icon on your desktop and you can double click that icon to start the software.

Q: Can I download your demos using Download Accelerator ?
A: If you have download problems using Download Accelerator: allowing DAP access through the firewall and setting the option "Use FTP in PASV mode" under the "Proxy/Firewall" configuration of DAP should solve the problem.

Q: Is there a manual?
A: No. All program instructions are in the Help information. Run the program and select the Help menu item.

Q: I downloaded the software. Where is my CD?
A: When you purchase a downloadable program, there is no CD. The file that you downloaded is your only copy of the software. You should save the download file in case you need to re-install the software at a future time. However, if you should ever loose the download file, never fear! 21st Software will always supply a new file at no charge at any time in the future. Just contact us support@21stcenturygames.com   and let us know you need a new copy of your software.  If you want to order a CD click here.

Q: How to create any picture as wallpaper
A: When the image is on your computer screen press PrtScn button on your keyboard. Open Paint program (see accessories under programs). Click on edit, paste.
Choose File, Save or press Ctrl+S to display the Save As dialog box. You have to save and name the file before you can use it as Windows wallpaper.
Use the Save In drop-down list to select the location where you want to save the original bitmap file. Enter a name for the file in the File Name text box. If you want to save the file as a 256-color, 16-color, or monochrome picture, make an alternate selection from the Save As Type drop-down list. Click the Save button to finish saving the file.
Once you’ve saved the file to name it, you can set it as wallpaper. To do so, open the File menu in Paint and choose either the Set As Wallpaper (Tiled) or Set As Wallpaper (Centered) choice. The (Tiled) choice repeats the image to fill the desktop, whereas the (Centered) choice places a single copy of the picture on the center of the desktop.
The wallpaper appears on the desktop immediately. You can minimize the Paint window or close Paint to see the new wallpaper.
